Pricing & credits
You buy packs of credits and spend them every time we successfully process a file. No monthly subscription, no lock-in.
1 credit = one standard document conversion (up to the size limits).
We only charge if the conversion finishes correctly.
You can mix different formats in the same balance of credits.
Credits are designed for flexible usage. We don’t force a monthly “use it or lose it” model.
The exact expiration policy is shown during checkout and in your dashboard so you always know how much time you have to use them.
We support common international cards and generate invoices with all the details for your accounting. For high-volume or enterprise use we can enable additional methods on request.
Formats & limits
FilexFlow focuses on documents used in business workflows: PDFs, Office files and images that need to be converted into clean, structured outputs.
PDFs (native and scanned, depending on the plan and OCR options).
Office formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) where supported by the backend.
Common image formats (JPG, PNG) for OCR and extraction.

Yes, there are safe limits for file size, number of pages and parallel jobs to guarantee performance and stability.

Privacy & security
No. FilexFlow is designed as a conversion funnel that does not keep your original or converted files after they have been delivered.
We only keep anonymous statistics about conversion volume and error rates to improve the service.
All communication with FilexFlow uses HTTPS. Conversions run on isolated infrastructure and are deleted after the job finishes.
We never use your documents to train models and we don’t share them with third parties.
API & automation
Create an account, buy credits and generate an API key from your dashboard. Then follow the quick-start examples in the API docs.
Most integrations only require a few endpoints: create a job, check job status and download the result.
Yes. We apply reasonable rate limits per account and per API key to keep the service stable for everyone.
If you need higher throughput, you can contact us from the dashboard or via the contact form and we’ll tune a plan for your use case.
